How long is your personal data kept?

In any case, MAXAM will only keep the personal data collected for the specific period of time provided and limited to fulfill the purpose for which it was collected, as well as to comply with the requirements of applicable legislation. Once the purpose has been fulfilled, your data will be properly blocked for the period during which legal actions may arise and, once the limitation period has expired, it will be properly deleted.
Who will we share your personal data with?
